Concierge Home Care in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Assistant Director of Professional Services (RN) to lead clinical operations across Pinellas County. This full-time role partners with the Director of Professional Services and branch leadership to drive quality outcomes, compliance, and staff development in a growing home health organization.

You will oversee daily clinical operations, support onboarding and training, ensure Medicare and AHCA compliance, and contribute to performance

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• 3–5 years of Home Health experience required.
• 2+ years in Home Health leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of daily clinical operations and patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, AHCA, and agency regulations.
• Support implementation of agency goals, quality initiatives, and performance standards.
• Participate in staffing decisions and personnel assignments.
• Provide guidance and support to clinicians in the field.
• Onboard, train, and develop staff, promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Balance autonomy and leadership in a growth-oriented role.
