Qualifications

• Valid permanent Oklahoma RN license with four years of professional nursing experience, two in supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with three years of professional nursing experience, two in supervisory capacity.
• Master’s degree with two years of professional nursing supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct health services for an assigned program, unit, facility, hospital or geographical area; ensure goals and quality care meet standards.
• Select, mentor and assess staff; monitor quality improvement and budget adherence to deliver timely services.
• Develop long-range plans for health care programs and implement policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
