Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and directs health services for an assigned program, unit or area to ensure quality care.
• Mentors, motivates and directs staff development and evaluates staff performance.
• Contributes to long-range plans and develops policies to improve delivery of health services.
• Receives and analyzes reports to improve quality and utilization of health care.
• Develops budgets and monitors expenditures to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
