Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with three years supervisory experience; or master's degree with two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct nursing services across the unit or facility.
• Recruit, mentor, motivate and evaluate staff; monitor quality indicators and service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient and compliant health care delivery.
