Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical nursing services across outpatient and residential programs. You will plan, supervise, and delegate nursing tasks, ensure quality care, and collaborate with leadership to meet program goals.

Qualified candidates are Georgia-licensed RNs with 5 years in mental health and experience training medical staff. The role offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and a path to professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Georgia
• 5 years’ experience in mental health
• 5 years’ experience providing training to medical staff

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, assign and manage clinical nursing tasks for outpatient and residential programs.
• Participate on the Leadership Team with managers and directors.
• Coordinate with Infection Control to monitor reports and incidents.
• Ensure monthly nursing audits and compliance with policies.
• Recruit, train and supervise nursing staff; handle HR paperwork.
• Provide in-service training and maintain current medical knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on policy development and new protocols.
• Chairs Medical Management Committee and ensures regulatory compliance.
