Job summary

Meadville Medical Center is seeking a Director of Clinical Care to provide direct oversight across the Emergency Department, ICU, infection prevention, and nursing leadership. You will collaborate with the Chief Nurse Executive and other departments to uphold patient safety, quality care, and organizational goals.

The role requires extensive clinical management experience, a BSN, and a state nursing license, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required with current state Nursing License.
• Minimum 5 years of recent clinical management experience.
• Knowledge of DOH and DN V regulations (quality and safety).

Responsibilities

• Oversee ED, Infection Prevention, ICU and nursing leadership.
• Direct supervision, delegation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations and Quality to resolve patient grievances.
