Relocation assistance may be available to qualified candidates. The role requires a CO license, at least 2 years of primary care experience, strong communication, and board certification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience is required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain Colorado licensure.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and communicate effectively.

• Board Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.

• Participate in weekly team discussions and continued learning.
