Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Senior Nurse Manager for its A-CCS Services team in Western Massachusetts.

You will provide high-quality, community-based nursing care and clinical leadership for individuals at BHN’s Holyoke and Westfield Respite sites, while supervising program nurses and coordinating care across shifts. The role requires MA RN licensure, strong MAP knowledge, and experience with behavioral health populations.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• Experience with behavioral health populations desired.
• Knowledge of MAP policies and high-alert medication procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based nursing care and clinical leadership at BHN’s Holyoke and Westfield sites.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate program nurses; coordinate coverage across shifts.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate medical/psychiatric referrals.
• Transcribe, verify, administer, and manage medications per MAP policies.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to support treatment planning and continuity of care.
• Monitor health status and respond promptly to medical or behavioral health concerns.
• Educate individuals and staff on health conditions, medications, and MAP requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and manage transfers and discharge planning.
