Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of leadership experience, with or without direct reports.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads development opportunities; builds cross-functional relationships and coaches performance.
• Oversees units, translates plans into action, ensures policy adherence and cost-effective operations.
• Manages hospital admin functions, budgeting, workforce, safety, and regulatory readiness.
• Directs care delivery operations 24/7, partners with physicians and leaders to align patient care across departments.
• Leads long-term improvement projects, analyzes data, and drives operational efficiency.
• Ensures safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance across the continuum.
