Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field OR minimum three years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a leadership role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.

• Assist implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with physicians, outside providers, and health care team to ensure optimal patient care across the continuum.
• Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas and supervise equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Maintain safe environment for patients and employees; ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure staff competency and licensure to deliver care.
