Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Minimum five years of recent acute care RN experience with four years in step-down/ICU.
• ANCC RN certification specific to this unit is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient care on the assigned shift and uphold nursing practice standards.
• Direct staff on the unit and coordinate patient care activities.
• Provide break relief coverage and resolve issues on the floor.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to staff and patients.
