Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited school.
• Five years clinical nursing experience required.
• Two years Critical Care NP experience required.
• Two years ICU/critical care nursing experience required.
• Ability to intubate and manage critical situations.
• RN and NP licenses in California; DEA certificate; NP board certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in ICU and Stepdown settings.
• Develop Plans of Care with individualized interventions.
• Perform approved diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and order labs.
• Prescribe interventions and medications; provide direct patient care.
