Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN; basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN) preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses Quality Caring Model to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning.
• Leads, delegates and serves as a mentor to others on the team.
• Provides formal and informal education for nurses and other health professionals/students.
