The University of Texas Medical Branch in Angleton, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse with two years of clinical RN experience who holds a current Texas license and BLS certification. This on-site position supports comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced specialty unit.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, administer medications, document care, and participate in unit quality improvement and evidence-based practices in alignment with UTMB policies and standards.

Qualifications

• RN with two years of clinical RN experience.
• Must possess and maintain a current license or valid permit to practice in Texas.
• Current BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients.
• Identifies nursing diagnoses/patient care needs. Develops and revises care plans as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Delivers culturally congruent and specialty appropriate nursing care in accordance with UTMB's policies.
