Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license and valid permit to practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and provide competent nursing care.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and maintain patient safety.
• Provide patient and family education using Teach-Back and evidence-based resources.
• Demonstrate clinical competencies and documentation per UTMB standards.
