Qualifications

• Current BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
• Execute physician orders and administer medications per UTMB policies.
• Provide patient/family education using Teach-Back when appropriate.
• Demonstrate effective use of technology in care delivery.
• Maintain safety and continuity of care through accurate documentation.
