Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Weapons Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support DHS CWMD advisory services. The role focuses on nuclear design, materials, threat indicators, and interagency coordination to prevent, detect, and mitigate homeland nuclear threats.

You will translate technical knowledge into actionable guidance for senior government stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in nuclear weapons or CWMD, excellent briefing skills, and a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in nuclear weapons, CWMD, or related mission areas.
• Strong briefing and written communication skills.
• Experience advising senior leaders and working with interagency partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical and analytic support on nuclear weapons systems and materials.
• Analyze state and non-state nuclear capabilities and pathways.
• Develop nuclear threat assessments, intelligence products, and scenario analyses.
• Advise CWMD leadership on policy, operations, and resource prioritization.
• Prepare briefings, white papers, and decision memos for executives.
