Job summary

Amyx, Inc. seeks a Senior Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) with CWMD planning and assessment expertise to support DoD mission planning and DTRA policy alignment. This role requires applying doctrine, contributing to joint publications, and authoritative guidance to leadership.

You will coordinate with DoD and NATO partners, stay current on JDDP processes, and help implement the DoD Readiness Reporting System. A TS/SCI clearance and 8+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI required.
• Minimum 8 years supporting DTRA.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government and international partners on WMD deterrence.
• Experience with CWMD/CBRNE/Consequence Management.
• DTRA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise on executing all steps of the Joint Doctrine Development Process (JDDP).
• Provide input in DoD Joint Doctrine Planning Conferences and working groups; stay current on CWMD concepts and tools.
• Engage with DoD and NATO to support CWMD doctrine development.
• Review joint doctrine for CWMD integration and network topics.
• Advise on changes to the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) and draft doctrinal documents.
• Communicate accurate information to leadership.
• Support implementation of the DoD Readiness Reporting System per DoD directive.
• Assist doctrinal revision of CWMD joint publications.
• Provide DoD and Allied Doctrine support per CJCSM 5120.01B.
• Review publications for policy/doctrine congruence; draft Joint Publications on countering/deterring WMD.
• Conduct studies on countering/deterring WMD and emerging threats; cover strategies and annexes.
