Amyx, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Nuclear Weapons Subject Matter Expert to support the DHS CWMD Advisory & Assistance Services contract in Washington, DC.

The role provides deep technical, intelligence, and policy advisory expertise related to nuclear weapons, materials, and threat indicators for senior government stakeholders. The SME will translate complex technical content into actionable insights, support interagency coordination, and contribute to strategic assessments, briefings,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in nuclear weapons, deterrence, intelligence, or CWMD.
• Expertise in nuclear design, surety, effects, or C2.
• Experience with federal national security organizations and producing senior analytic products.
• Strong briefing and written communication skills; TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical and analytic support on nuclear weapons and materials.
• Analyze weapons capabilities, programs, and pathways, including acquisition and deployment.
• Develop nuclear-focused threat assessments, intelligence products, and risk analyses.
• Advise DHS CWMD leadership and interagency partners on policy implications.
• Prepare briefings, white papers, and strategic assessments for senior officials.
