Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Senior CWMD Training, Exercise and Readiness SME to lead the development, execution and assessment of CWMD-focused training and joint exercises in support of DoD and USG priorities.

You will plan and conduct classified events up to TS/SCI and contribute to complex doctrine and training outputs. The role requires mastery of DoD Joint Training Manual processes and collaboration with multi-domain teams to ensure mission readiness and continuous refinement of training

Qualifications

• Master's degree and TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CWMD/CBRNE/Consequence Management and related DoD missions.
• Ability to coordinate with organizations and reach consensus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise on the Joint Doctrine Development Process (JDDP).
• Participate in DoD Joint Doctrine Planning Conferences and working groups.
• Stay current on CWMD, CBRN, nuclear operations and related tools.
• Engage with DoD and NATO CWMD community of interest.
• Review joint doctrine for CWMD integration into doctrine hierarchy.
• Advise on changes to the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL).
• Support DoD readiness reporting and doctrinal publication revision.
