Job summary

NextEra Energy Nuclear is seeking a dynamic Nuclear Technical/Maintenance Instructor Sr to lead training programs at the Duane Arnold Energy Center in Palo, Iowa, with support from our Jupiter, FL headquarters. You will oversee maintenance training impacting our nuclear fleet, delivering instruction on-site and remotely using advanced technology, driving safety and innovation in clean energy leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of nuclear-related experience.
Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent education/experience.
Experience with training/instruction in a nuclear environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and improve training courses and materials using SAT.
Revise instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, practices, regulations.
Provide direction and coach less-experienced instructors.
Lead the training program to ensure compliance with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO criteria, and other codes.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
