Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Nuclear Principal Assurance Analyst to oversee and assess nuclear safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires leading audits, directing assessment teams, and ensuring supplier performance aligns with industry standards.

The position starts onsite at the Duane Arnold Energy Center in Iowa for about three years, then relocates to Jupiter West, FL as a condition of employment. relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• 7+ years of experience; Nuclear Experience: 2+ years.
• Relocation to Jupiter West FL required after initial onsite period.

Responsibilities

• Leads and executes nuclear assurance audits and assessments for regulatory and quality compliance.
• Provides technical leadership to assessment teams on scope, methods and evaluation techniques.
• Evaluates safety culture and processes to identify systemic issues.
• Analyzes data, interviews personnel, and develops assessment reports with recommendations.
• Communicates results to site and corporate leadership; supports continuous improvement.
