Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with LMS and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and continuing training for maintenance personnel.
• Create and modify lesson plans, exercises, and multimedia materials.
• Develop and administer exams to validate knowledge.
• Coordinate training with vendors and outside providers.
• Maintain training records and qualification matrices.
• Support plant outages and emergency response training as needed.
• Schedule training and manage attendance in the LMS.
• Participate in training program assessments.
