Xcel Energy Inc. seeks a training specialist to deliver initial and continuing training for electrical maintenance personnel at Prairie Island and Monticello sites.
The role focuses on developing lesson plans, exams, and hands-on mockups while coordinating with vendors and ensuring records are accurate. Candidates should have a relevant degree, 5+ years in training, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This position is responsible for utilizing a systematic approach to training to conduct Initial and continuing training for electrical maintenance personnel. Continually evaluates and improves training to result in maximum effectiveness of the training program. The position may require supporting plant outages and emergency response organization roles. This role will support training activities at both the Prairie Island and Monticello Nuclear Plants.

Non-Bargaining The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $84,900.00 to $120,567.00 per year This position is eligible for the following benefits:
