The role requires a bachelor's degree and 15+ years in the nuclear industry, with strong communication and strategic vision to guide medium-to-large teams and projects in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years nuclear industry experience or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of engineering standards and analysis.
• Ability to set strategy for a medium/large organization.
• Strong communication with staff, management, vendors, customers.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple tasks/projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex engineering assignments in design, development, analysis, testing, and field tasks.
• Provide highly technical assistance and leadership on assignments.
• Represent Framatome in technical forums and consultations.
• Develop new products, methods, and systems with customers.
• Research and assess best practices and propose improvements.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain tooling at plant sites; may include equipment related to refueling, inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components.
• Conduct routine and non-routine tasks; collect data on performance.
