Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related work experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Experience with nuclear procurement/quality requirements is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a forward-looking nuclear sourcing pipeline.
• Shape fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies for complex, high-value materials.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, bid events, and supplier onboarding with governance.
• Negotiate terms, develop should-cost models and TCO analyses.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with nuclear procurement rules.
• Assess supplier readiness and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with business partners across units to align objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and standard templates.
