Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to lead business and engineering teams in developing products and services for utility customers. You will manage RFQ responses, pricing strategies, and customer relations from Cranberry Township, PA, with ≈10% travel.

You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, Quality and Supply Chain to close technical and commercial gaps, grow backlog and advance strategic product plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and industry meetings (~10% travel).

Mansioni

• Lead RFQ analysis and proposal development, including scope, technical aspects, cost estimates and pricing strategies.
• Develop and grow relationships with utility customer engineers and management.
• Identify customer needs and industry trends to drive revenue and margin growth; address technical and commercial gaps.
• Assist in financial forecasting and provide timing and results estimates for opportunities.
• Support project managers and contract managers on contract changes; facilitate opportunity management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with product managers on strategic plans and with resource groups to drive growth and cost improvements.
