Job summary

Qualifications

• RO or SRO license currently held or previously held.
• 5+ years as a Licensed Nuclear Operator or similar Senior Reactor Operator role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tagging specialists; ensure work orders and tagging procedures are followed.
• Oversee development of on-line and outage work control in accordance with station specs, licensing basis, and fire protection requirements.
• Develop dose estimates for scheduled work and identify ALARA improvement opportunities.
• Create reports and KPIs to monitor department performance and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operating department input for on-line and forced outage schedules.
