• Plan and direct the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.
• Provide technical oversight of safety analyses and safety basis documents.
• Review and validate deterministic and probabilistic safety analyses (reactor transient modeling).
• Ensure NRC licensing compliance and related topical reports.
• Lead engineering teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate findings to senior management.
