Job summary

TRISO-X is seeking a Senior Readiness Manager in Oak Ridge, TN to lead the facility readiness program, ensuring systems, staff, procedures, and safety controls are fully prepared before new operations commence. You will manage a combined team of direct-hire and subcontracted personnel across a regulated nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in nuclear operations, startup/commissioning, or readiness in regulated environments.
• Experience leading/directing multidisciplinary teams and readiness reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the facility operational readiness program and readiness review processes.
• Supervise a combined team of direct-hire and subcontracted personnel.
• Provide oversight of subcontracted work to ensure compliance with readiness objectives.
• Plan and execute readiness reviews for new systems and phases prior to authorization to operate.
• Define readiness criteria covering equipment, training, staffing, and safety controls.
• Verify commissioning, testing, and turnover before in-service.
• Ensure trained and adequately staffed operators and support personnel.
• Lead readiness review boards and coordinate verification activities.
• Report readiness metrics, risks, and actions to leadership; drive closure.
