The role requires 2-4 years PM experience, PMP/CSM or equivalent preferred, and strong communication to align stakeholders and drive revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (scientific or technical) or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred in regulated medical/pharmaceutical fields.
• 2-4 years of project management experience with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and external client/partner projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external sponsors to ensure clear communication and expectation management.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with strategy and revenue goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, mitigating risks to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Track progress, report milestones, and conduct post-mortems to capture lessons learned.
