Job summary

The role requires 2–4 years PM experience in regulated medical fields, strong communication, and proficiency with project management tools and Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a scientific/technical field.
• 2–4 years of project management experience in regulated medical/pharma settings preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Serves as primary liaison between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal) and external sponsors.
• Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with strategy and revenue goals.
• Develops detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks to meet timelines and budget.
• Facilitates collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensures accountability for contributions.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize PM processes and tools for efficiency.
