Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Power Uprates Principal Project Manager to lead complex nuclear projects at the LaSalle Nuclear Power Station in Marseilles, IL.

You’ll manage scope, cost, schedule and performance, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring rigorous project controls and stakeholder alignment. In this role, you’ll drive contract administration, closeouts and lessons learned while mentoring other managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 10 years of related experience.
• High School diploma with 12 years of related experience.
• Experience managing projects.
• PMP Certification within 18 months of starting position.
• Maintain access requirements and favorable medical exam/testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s).
• Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources.
• Ensure Contract Administration on contract(s) and project closeout.
• Provide communication to NGG and site or corporate management.
• Coach and mentor other program managers and cross-functional support personnel.
