Job summary

RISINGSUN TECHNOLOGIES seeks an experienced Project Scheduler/Planner to develop and manage detailed project schedules for steam, nuclear, or gas power projects. 100% remote within the U.S.; Eastern Time preferred. Pay rate $53/hr; start ASAP. Travel ~20% domestically; possible Canada.

Must be a U.S. citizen (no dual citizenship) and able to work on a W2. Strong Primavera P6 expertise required, plus Power BI/Tableau, SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of scheduling experience in a high-volume project environment with frequent stakeholder coordination.
• 5+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience, including managing logic-linked schedules with 1,500+ tasks.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools (Tableau) and familiarity with SAP or similar project systems.
• Construction site project experience beyond scheduling, including project management or cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to integrate scope, resources, and milestones.
• Monitor execution and update schedules to reflect changes in scope and timelines.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation actions; prepare progress updates and variance reports.
