Waymaker Resource Group, LLC is seeking a Nuclear Project Scheduler to support our PMO on a large-capital nuclear power project. The role is a part-time, remote 1099 independent contractor position with travel less than 5%.

Compensation is hourly and determined by experience, with a rate of $105–$115 per hour. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Level3–5 schedules with PrimaveraP6 or MS Project, performing EVM and variance analysis, and delivering monthly cost and schedule

Qualifikationen

• 3–7+ years of project controls experience on large industrial projects, including nuclear power

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules (Level3–5) using PrimaveraP6 or Microsoft Project
• Perform cost tracking, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and variance analysis
• Prepare and present monthly cost and schedule performance reports
• Support baseline development and change control processes
• Monitor and analyze labor hours, contractor performance, and productivity metrics
• Assist with risk identification, quantitative risk analysis, and mitigation planning
• Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and management teams
• Ensure compliance with nuclear quality assurance standards and project governance requirements
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and documentation controls
