Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company is seeking a skilled scheduler to develop, maintain and update multi-discipline project schedules for online and outage windows in support of the Long-Range Plan. The role requires coordinating resources, scoping work, and minimizing downtime while ensuring schedule integrity and timely communications.

Responsibilities include archiving completed schedules, interfacing with vendors and site groups, and contributing to Project Health Reports and PRC meeting

Qualifications

• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
• General understanding of nuclear operation, practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update multi-discipline project schedules for online and outage windows.
• Archive schedules upon project completion and support organizational standards.
• Coordinate with onsite and offsite groups to gather information for schedule development.
