Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain multi-discipline project schedules for on-line and outage windows. You will coordinate with site groups and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective execution while minimizing downtime.

The role requires a strong background in scheduling tools, nuclear operations knowledge, and excellent communication to support PRC and project health reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling tools.
• General understanding of nuclear operation, practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update multi-discipline project schedules.
• Interface with site groups and vendors to integrate activities into the schedule.
• Coordinate scheduling to minimize outage downtime and plant risk.
• Report schedule issues to Site Manager of Projects and Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing Project Health Reports for PRC meetings.
