Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead nuclear projects at Brunswick Nuclear Station in Southport, NC. You will oversee planning, coordination, execution, and closeout, acting as the primary client and station contact for project matters.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and staffing while coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and quality teams to deliver safe, compliant outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years of nuclear power, utility, engineering, construction, project management, or related technical environment experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned nuclear projects through planning, engineering, procurement, implementation, testing, turnover, and closeout.
• Establish and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, staffing plans, execution strategies, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and maintain alignment among engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, testing, procurement, quality, and project-controls organizations.
• Serve as the primary client and station point of contact for project matters.
