Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering standards and criteria.
• Excellent communication with all levels.
• Strong leadership and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with ASME code.

Responsibilities

• Execute moderately to complex engineering assignments.
• Plan and direct timely engineering activities within cost centers.
• Ensure projects comply with policies, objectives and customer standards.
• Develop or administer engineering standards and procedures.
• Set performance goals and standards for team members.
• Foster development and training to optimize results.
• Collaborate with customers to build strong relationships.
