You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and processes, reporting to the Deputy Project Director and working in a hybrid setup at the Cranberry Township, PA facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years in PM, and familiarity with P6, SAP, ARM, and Earned Value Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in project/program management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with P6, SAP, ARM and Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans with scope, timelines and resources.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with clients, vendors and teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders; take corrective actions.
• Support business development through bid/tender participation.
