Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to drive AP1000 project execution from initiation to completion. You will lead design coordination, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver on-time results while collaborating with the Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Cranberry Township two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related)
• 7+ years of applicable experience
• International travel to support the Poland project
• Engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory standards
• PE license or PMP certification desired

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of engineering projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with teams, clients, and vendors to define requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and policies
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Conduct feasibility studies and scope development reviews
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and quality
