Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics required.
• Minimum of 8 years in an engineering capacity.
• Masters or PhD in Engineering preferred; SRO experience desirable.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is a plus; strong knowledge of plant operations and design bases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost, schedule, quality, and technical accuracy of tasks.
• Develop work instructions and manage system integration programs.
• Lead project scheduling, mentor junior staff, and serve as liaison with internal/external customers.
• Conduct component and system integration for nuclear plant designs to optimize performance and cost.
• Manage system requirements, specifications, and flow down.
• Define V&V requirements at plant, system, and component levels.
• Oversee interfaces between systems, components, and management teams.
