Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks an experienced Senior Instructor Training professional to develop and deliver training for licensed and non-licensed operators at our nuclear power stations. The role requires deep instructional design knowledge and SRO certification, with responsibility for complex topics in simulators, classrooms and on-the-job settings.

Qualifications

• 13+ years related experience.
• In depth knowledge of instructional theory and design and SAT.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, good personal computer, operate various instrumentation and controls, problem solving.
• Abilities: Analyze and develop training materials, train and lead others, interface with regulatory personnel and industry peers, in-depth knowledge of plant operations and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and conduct training for licensed and non-licensed operators at the Company's nuclear power stations.
• Work on the most complex training topics and analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate training in the main control room simulator, classroom, laboratory, and on-the-job.
• Maintain training programs in accordance with nuclear industry, regulatory, and legal requirements.
