Duke Energy Corporation is seeking an experienced trainer to analyze, design, develop, and implement accredited operations training programs, including licensed and non-licensed operator training, per the SAT framework.

You will oversee classroom, simulator, and in-plant training, develop examinations, and work to maintain alignment with nuclear station groups and INPO/NRC requirements. A formal SRO background and instructional expertise are essential.

Qualificações

• ANSI 3.1-2024 education/qualification requirements.
• Two (2) years related work experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license or SRO certification.
• Ability to obtain an SRO instructor certification.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, revise, and update training materials to ensure technical accuracy and content.
• Conduct classroom, flow loop, simulator and in-plant training.
• Develop, administer, grade, and control examinations and other evaluation tools.
• Evaluate training programs, students, training materials, and implement improvements.
• Support INPO and NRC-compliant training programs and assessments.
