• Leads meetings, fosters open ideas, and maintains effective team dynamics in stressful phases.
• Maintains inventory and equipment service records; schedules preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Communicates decisions impacting other sections and analyzes data to identify issues and options.
• Uses resources efficiently to maintain productivity as directed by department leadership.
