Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of Nuclear Medicine medical equipment in healthcare settings. You will ensure optimal equipment performance, drive customer satisfaction, and support service sales through timely issue resolution and adherence to hospital protocols.

This on-site role requires after-hours availability, physical capability, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Associate degree or military training with 3+ years electronic equipment service experience; or high school diploma with 5+ years relevant experience.
Technical expertise in Nuclear Medicine equipment troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
Valid driver’s license; proficiency with Web applications and Microsoft tools; after-hours and on-call flexibility.
Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and perform bending, stooping, and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and installations of Nuclear Medicine equipment in healthcare settings.
Ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Lead installations and validations; manage issues from identification to resolution; foster customer relationships to support service sales.
