Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM/Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing or Business
• 5 years of field leadership experience on medium/high complexity nuclear projects
• Knowledge of nuclear power plants and utility operating practices
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work up to 13 hours/day

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, cost baselines, and resource requirements; coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead field delivery of Reactor Coolant Pump and Motor projects, manage team, training, and site logistics.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and communications; manage changes.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and change management processes.
• Communicate status to all stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
