Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Shippingport, Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee small to large scale O&M and Capital projects. You’ll drive scope, schedule, and budget, lead the project team, and ensure effective risk management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 8–10 years of project management experience.
• High school diploma with at least twelve years of experience leading and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for major projects within an EPC delivery model.
• Oversee EPC performance and ensure contractor compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain project risk register and implement mitigating actions.
• Track financials, validate invoices and progress payments; manage claims.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and other teams.
• Ensure readiness for turnover, testing and operations; manage scheduling and scope control.
