Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Active Secret Clearance; willingness to obtain Top Secret.
• Experience in systems development and baseline management.
• Relevant DoD space/ground system development experience.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• Experience collaborating with Government & contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide SE expertise with focus on requirements allocation in DOORS and verification methodologies.
• Maintain program technical baseline and manage RFC process for specifications and SE products.
• Collaborate with government officials, military, contractors, and end users.
• Develop briefings and assessments for government leadership.
