Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in construction or operations.
  • Experience working in complex, high-risk environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of NQA-1, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as key interface between facility operations and construction teams.
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of all project deliverables.
  • Develop and improve processes, documentation, and operational workflows.

Skills

Construction management experience in DOE or nuclear environments
Lead field teams in high-hazard radiological facilities
Ability to anticipate issues and drive execution
Managing budgets and schedules

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
15+ years of construction experience (strongly preferred)
